Is He A Narc?

I've known someone for seven years, I WAS in a relationship with him until December 2012,for about 5 or 6 years. I noticed from the off that he had some mental issues due to him over reacting to trivial things and then later he tried to kill himself. He would also ignore me for two weeks at a time, lie about silly things, for example he said his Dad is Scottish when in actual fact he's Welsh.. I also think that at some point he's slept with his ex wife and had another child with her which I only figured out at the end of 2012. This guy also twists things back onto you if he's started the argument, he won't admit he's in the wrong unless you tell him he ought to be sorry, he asks how you are but doesn't really seem to listen, so when you next talk to him he's forgotten what you've told him, he thinks it's ok that he's let me down over and over and has come up with excuses such as his daughter, son, Mum or Dad are in hospital, he's broke his foot and hand, twice for his foot, he's broken down on the way to my house and so on, now he's become more and more weird, this is since he had a breakdown in 2009, he ignores me for longer periods, totally over reacts and says I've said and done things when I haven't, and then it all came to a halt in September 2012 when he asked me a question then when I replied positively he ignored me for two months, I haven't spoken to him since December which was after I sent him a parcel to cheer him up, he's totally given me the cold shoulder, won't answer my emails, didn't respond to my letter. So I'm trying to figure out if he's a narc or if there's something else wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't want anything to do with him again because as far as I am concerned he's abused me mentally, lied and cheated, but I would like to know what is going on with him.
